We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). For private charters and special events, booking 1-2 weeks ahead ensures availability of your preferred vessel and date.

For most of our rental boats, no licence is required. We provide a comprehensive safety briefing and basic navigation instruction before departure. For larger vessels, a valid boat licence may be required.

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your booking at no extra charge or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if changes are needed.

Well-behaved pets are welcome on most of our vessels. Please inform us when booking so we can ensure the chosen boat is suitable. Pet owners are responsible for their pet's safety and behaviour during the trip.

All our boats are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency communication equipment. We also provide safety briefings and emergency procedures before departure.
