Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any services provided by Serdicalwf B.V., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of Serdicalwf services, including boat rentals, water transport, and private charters.

Company Information

Services

Serdicalwf provides the following services:

• Boat rental for recreational and commercial use
• Water transport and taxi services
• Private boat charters for events and special occasions
• Related maritime services and support

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and compliance with Dutch maritime regulations.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Serdicalwf.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT
• Additional charges may apply for fuel, damage, or extra services
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods

User Obligations

When using Serdicalwf services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Follow all safety instructions and regulations
• Use vessels responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose
• Report any damage or incidents immediately
• Comply with Dutch maritime laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Respect the environment and other water users

Safety and Liability

Safety is our top priority. All users must:

• Attend mandatory safety briefings before departure
• Wear provided safety equipment when required
• Follow weather and navigation guidelines
• Not operate vessels under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Report any safety concerns immediately

Users participate in water activities at their own risk. Serdicalwf maintains appropriate insurance but users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their passengers.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before service: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before service: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Weather Cancellations:

If Serdicalwf cancels services due to unsafe weather conditions, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Serdicalwf website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Serdicalwf B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without express written permission from Serdicalwf.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Serdicalwf's liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for losses due to weather conditions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control
• Users assume responsibility for their personal property and belongings

This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

Serdicalwf shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Labour disputes
• Technical failures beyond our control

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Termination

Serdicalwf reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if users:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in unsafe or illegal behaviour
• Damage our equipment or property
• Threaten the safety of others
• Fail to pay required fees

Termination for cause will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Serdicalwf services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

All maritime activities are subject to Dutch maritime law and international maritime regulations.

Changes to Terms

Serdicalwf reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
